Business:
The Board voted to move Otter Pond Waterfront property from its own neighborhood code to Wildwood Waterfront neighborhood code.
Jessica Kelmelis excused herself from the following conversation.
The Board of Assessors voted to value Tunxis waterfront the same as Wildwood Waterfront. As there are no sales for Tunxis waterfront property on which to base values, the board must look to Otis reservoir and Wildwood for sales and values. The Wildwood community is much more closely related to Tunxis in restriction and water use than Otis and will be the basis for Tunxis.
